Some legal stuff
If I know a guy who will produce some stuff for me, what kind of forms are required?
A model release for the model. He will act himself(fucking her) while holding the camera does he need to sign a modelrelease form too? He will not only produce exclusive for me, I also want the rights for the work. He will sign a transfer of copyright agreement? Anyone who knows more about this? And maybe some links or even better some useful forms. |

What you need are mrf's that are signed out to your company.
You need to have them for all the payed participants in the photo's. You will also need copy's of the passports of all participants. you can download the mrf we use here http://www.files.pptb.nl/mrf.doc The world wide rights of use reproduction and sale are transferd in to you in the mrf. |
