Some legal stuff
If I know a guy who will produce some stuff for me, what kind of forms are required?
A model release for the model.
He will act himself(fucking her) while holding the camera does he need to sign a modelrelease form too?
He will not only produce exclusive for me, I also want the rights for the work. He will sign a transfer of copyright agreement?
Anyone who knows more about this? And maybe some links or even better some useful forms.
