All of our virtual server cluster software is 100% PCI DSS Compliant. For example Apache, MySQL, PHP Etc. Of course if you were to run your own applications we would have to scan your individual account for compliancy accordingly. However, the server itself from the software aspect on our end is all compliant.

Great Question!

I have a question, what is the average time taken to answer a support ticket? Also is it true that you match deals on dedicated servers?

Hi Simon,

The quick answer is ASAP! but honestly there is more to it than that.

Ticket response time depends upon the complexity of the ticket issue, & the amount of tickets we have in the que at any give time. Unlike many other companies out there we cater to a large variety of clients, from virtual (shared), to dedicated managed & colocated, virtual dedicated servers (VDS) & VPS, to complex hosting solutions. Our certified staff of 60 + talented individuals handle the ticket load based on the severity of the issue and then followed up by the order in which they were received.

With that said some tickets could take 5-10 mins and some can take longer, again depending upon the complexity of the situation. I can get you a true average from the ticket system statistics and break it down for you by category Dedi, Virtual, etc...but that will have to wait til after vegas.

Again tickets are just one method of contacting support. We always offer live chat via Live Person and phone support 24x7x365 where you can speak with a Webair Technician, never outsourced.

And yes you don't have to wait for some year end special event to get a great deal and great service! We will ALWAYS meet or beat any COMPARABLE hosting offer! Simply contact me or Mike for assistance!

If you will be in Vegas let me know and we can chat some more. Drinks on us!

Yes, we recently invested a substantial amount of money in a completely redundant, enterprise class solution to replace our virtual technology platform. Some of the older clusters are still being transferred over therefore we have been a bit quiet about it =) This was a HUGE expansion for our virtual hosting infrastructure. With the ever growing demand in the virtual hosting market, and the huge amount of clusters we maintain, it was time for a huge upgrade.

Unlike other hosts that will not even offer virtual hosting packages due to the large demands and technical challenges that come along with it, we have chosen to embrace the challenge and upgrade the infrastructure completely. When the full migration is complete we will send out a press release accordingly.

Thanks for the inquiry!

Thumbs up to webair. I have been a customer for three years now and it has been smooth sailing. They answer the support line 24 hours a day and respond to trouble tickets very quickly.

It's a professionally run organization. If you have outgrown low-end hosting solutions and need to step up, I recommend webair.
