I have 5 other sites and I don't want any complaints from affiliates. Saying the rabbit link is a leak/shave. |

I personally can't see anybody of significance taking the time out to spam asian sites just for an alexa ranking, whose only true value is for bragging rites and has NO monetary value unless you want to either sell the site or sell advertising on the site. |

While others who have contributed to connoisseur porn collections around the world with a cult following are met with rounds of praise and applause... Who here really gives two fucks who had dinner with Lensman or Fantasyman or whoever the fuck? Nobody...This is a customer driven business and you have few of them... Step your game up son. |

I was more saying that Tube sites numbers are largely skewed upwards because so many Asians abuse Tubes. Looking at the rankings of sponsor tube sites, they are much much lower, and if you test the traffic it's about equal on US/CA surfers as the huge tubes. And people really do try to screw with the Alexa rankings, it's sad. I buy links and several people have had high rankings but don't have a listing / backlink on any search engine, no archive page, ect. Happens with trades too, all over really. Same idea is faking PR really. |

I will weigh in on this as an affiliate. I don't think any of the things you listed is shaving. Shaving imo is stealing. It's when you should get credit for a sale per their program tos and you don't because they intentionally or unintentially not give you credit for every say 5th sale, etc... Upsells, Cross sales, Pop unders, cookies expiring, redirecting foreign traffic etc.. is all part of the program and built into what they can offer you for a sale. If a site does none of the things mentioned above I think they will offer you less per a sale then a site that does all of the above. The site does all of the above they make more money and in "most" cases you should see some of that back in higher payouts. If you feel that a site that does these things causes you to lose signups then don't promote that site. If you are on a revshare deal making 50% and they cross sale, pop under, upsell etc.. and you still only make your 50% of just the membership fees, I would personally avoid that company. But if you were doing PPS and those extra income sources enabled them to pay you $45 a sale instead of $35 a sale then I see nothing wrong with they are doing. |
I also think sponsors who play tricks like pay $100 PPS but only give you credit for 80% of your signups instead of paying you $80 a sale and giving you 100% of your sales is shaving. At the end of the day, (assuming my math was right) you would make the same amount of money but they get to look like they have a better offer than other sponsors because they are offering more money per sale.
I think that tactic is bullshit. Pay people for their sales 100% of the time, if you can't afford to pay them $100 a signup then don't play games to try to make it seem like you can by shaving their signups and offering more money per signup. |

thanks for the business advice but we service two different types of customers. If you're happy, good for you. I'm not interested in settling for that though. |
