dominating the search results is what the stolen content FORUMS are working on right now, they will dominate the search engine traffic...... the tube sites will get the repeat type in and word of mouth and viral traffic, but only the few biggest ones will thrive, the rest will be of no real consequence

You don't fight them on the basis of 'stolen content' or 'loss of profits' or 'copyright infringement' - if mainstream hollywood can't accomplish this we won't either.

You fight them on the basis that this is Pornography, and it is being served up for free to underaged internet users

You send lists of tube site URLs to every religious activist group and political wannabe there is... demanding that they put an end to this 'corruption of our youth' (throw a child-porn comment or two in there for good measure).

Then you get some action - and they pay the legal bills and do all the work for us.
