I'm tired of seeing his name on every third thread. I'm tired of watching him run down his betters in public just because he's being allowed to do so. He's a newspaper delivery boy, he constantly feeds bullshit to news orgs who pick it up because they don't know any better, and frankly I don't want a 350 lb head case who sucks strange dick from Craigslist to be our media representative. He's not a webmaster, just a loudmouthed troublemaker too fucked up in the head to quit. He's also a confessed hacker and theif. I would have banned him on day one.

CuntingHard tried to ruin one company's reputation and acts like Tony Soprano, but he keeps it confined to the industry. He doesn't go announcing this stuff to every media source that'll listen to him.

If MinusOneBrain started doing serious damage to John and TMM and NATS, great. But do it without trying to damage the entire industry at the same time.

But let's get back to where we talk about this being a privately owned forum where the owners are free to ban whom they choose regardless of what you think may or may not be the rules. They made the rules, they made the forum. It's not like the government stepped in and said "these are your rules for ever more, follow or be sentenced to death."

GFY is free to ban someone if that someone is using the forum to undermine the entire industry, regardless of what is typed onto the rules page. Hell, they can ban someone if they woke up and said "I feel like banning someone today." It's their board, their call. And if you think otherwise, you're living in a very naive little world.

So don't go spouting Freedom of Speech crap like it matters here. He's allowed to hurt our income, we're allowed to ask that he be stopped from using this place as his information source. If they wanted him banned he would of been banned for "hurting your income". Do you have any direct proof he has hurt yours or anyone else income?
