I checked the Cleveland County filings today at the courthouse. I even checked Oklahoma county just in case your stupid ass filed in the wrong country. I checked the US Case Party Index through PACER and also searched our local federal district court as well John's local district. No filings anywhere.

So why is my lawsuit at, John? I am anxiously awaiting its arrival. You made all of these obnoxious threats to file, get your ass in gear and lets get this one filed. I'm getting inpatient here. You do know what is going to happen if you don't file, don't you?

Holidays are just another day on the calendar. I work year around, on weekends and at night. Holidays were invented so lazy people had an excuse for why they were not doing something productive. As for filing, this would be real fast. Lot of lawyers are on vacation this time of year and a lawsuit can take awhile to write up. As for taxes, I don't think a multi-million dollar company really is concerned about the $40 filing fee being on this fiscal year.
