Why in the hell would he do that? Could get the legal fees on this years tax writeoff, unless he has his fiscal year set to follow something other than the calender years.
I was actually going to rent a santa suit and go with another guy to help serve summons around Ohio when he decided to set a small claims record and file 394 lawsuits against spammers in one day. They were all filed about 4 days before Christmas. He had spent the previous year tracking them down and was finally ready to go by X-mas.
