I have been with Techie Media for years now. they complete tech tickets within a few minutes in most cases unless it takes longer to perform the task

I'll keep this thread bookmarked. I just started using Webair in November and my websites have gone down inexplicably three times in the past two weeks. Support gets them back up eventually, but no explanation for why it keeps happening. It's unfortunate.

I feel your pain. I have also had that problem. I am shopping around as well. Webair used to rock, but sadly they dont have the right people on board anymore.
