Ive had trouble tickets open with Webair for almost 4 months now and nothing is resolved so its time to move. Id like some ideas as to who would be a better host for adult sites.

I've never had even the slightest problem with webair. And i hold my standards exceptionally high. I think you should contact gerard directly & get this straightened out, he will no doubt take care of you.
If for some reason you are dead set against Webair though, there are only a few companies i could honestly suggest other than webair.

webair is inexpensive hosting, and you get what you pay for
dont webair sales reps work 9-5? contacting gerard doesnt really help you if your sites are down at 4am
if downtime is not an option and you want super quick and skilled support then http://phatservers.com is what you need... i dont believe i have ever had them take more than 10minutes to reply to a ticket and 9 times out of 10 their reply is that the problem has been fixed
i currently use webair and phatservers, so while i dont think webair is complete shit i also dont trust them with my most important sites...Comment

Have a look at www.caro.net if you don't need fully managed. Good pricing, good network and a 24/7 NOC. There were some minor problems when I first ordered my server and they looked after me well.
I'm also with Webair and don't really have anything to complain about, although I notice their NL BGP advertisements have gone awry at least a few times. (Flap penalties = some parts of the net cannot reach my server for some time)Comment

Personally I have had pretty good luck with Webair but I also am quite happy with ATCI Hosting. They have managed servers at a similar price to Webair.
