PSD is to do your design, text, layout and output into CUT-UP slices.

yes but the whole page needs to be CSS no tables

Well most dont understand the concept of divisions instead of tables...

its not their fault... thats what were here for...

I talked for a few with boss and understood fully what he needs but he needs it quicker than I can supply it...

The best were the people who told me it could not be done (ie css is only used for backgrounds and fonts and such)
