CCBILL When are you going to stop robbing your customers
and implement direct deposit?
I still dont have last weeks check...I know Monday was a holiday and its the postal services fault blah blah but the fact is this is somethiong that is long past due for your customers. Every other billing company does it, I dont really want to move but if you dont stop treating us like you dont care then I am going to. Sure it wont effect your bottom line much but if a few more of us leave it will and I can assure you that once Im gone I wont be back. I have asked for this time and time again as have others and we never get an answer out of you. How about it CCBill? We deserve a straight answer

And here I thought this was going to be good dramas.
So much disappointment. Just pay for wire transfer, that's what I do, get it every Monday morning like clockwork and it's cheap as dirt. |

Direct deposit would be great but not having it hardly equates to some type of robbery.
Your point gets lost when you exaggerate to extremes.

While I am not in the habit of paying attention to what day of the week a check comes in, I did just retrieve today's mail and sure enough, there was a CCBill check in it.

Actually for me that would be even more. I currently get 6 ccbill checks and due to different businesses and accounting I can not merge those 6 into less than 6. At 30.00 each, thats 180.00 a week, 740.00 a month, and 9,360.00 a year in wire fee's. Which fuck that is almost a half of a middle classes singler persons yearly income. Assume I allow them to build up to a monthly sum then wire. I am looking at still 180.00 a month, or 2,160.00 a year to get my money. Not including 3 weeks per month of lost interest or using the money for investments. Now yes the wire fees are tax deductable but I have more than enough deductions. Oh in all that I also forgot to add my banks incoming wire fee's. Those are also 20.00 a pop. Hmm 50.00 per check, x6 = 300.00 x 4 = 12,00.00. x 300 x 52 = 15,600.00

AFSM its guys like you that could make the difference for all of us. You could put some serious pressure on CCBill where as us smaller guys cant. yes I make more than a middle class income off my sites but not enough that it hurts CCBill if I tell them to fuck off.
You on the other hand could help....Give it some thought I know I would be grateful. And to you idiots who REALLY think I live in a trailer park....LOL

I've voiced this same complaint many times, and you never get a reply from CCB. Most likely because of the extra kicker in their chauffeurs. Hire another employee. Another vacation for the big cheese. Fees for a show. Take the wire fees, cut them in half, multiple it by all those who receive them = major dollars. |

We used to do wire transfers, but stopped due to the higher fees. Our bank assessed a fee on top of CCBill's, so it didn't make sense.
Now, we get a FedEx overnight. I think there are two to choose from... standard overnight and priority overnight (before 10:30 delivery). We do the priority, and we have our checks waiting for us every Tuesday morning. You also don't get affected by the bank holidays, and the cost is half that of wires.

In thinking about it though Im not sure fedex overnight would be good for me...I travel a lot so no one would be here to accept it and it could sit on my doorstep for a week or more.
Direct deposit is simple, cheap and foolproof....why the fuck cant CCBill offer it. Why wont they even respond to this thread.

I get weekly wires from both CCBill and Paycom at $30 each along with the $10 additional fee per wire from the bank so I'm out about $80 a week just to get my money.
I've always chalked it up as a convenience fee, though. I could get checks sent and for the most part, they'd always be there on time but it just feels so good knowing that the wires hit like clockwork on Monday's (for CCBill) and Friday's (for Epoch). - PornAddict |

The ccbill fees suck for affiliates, that is one thing I don't like. I do like being able to merge all the accounts into one check so that works out nicely though. it's just the big fees that get to me as an affiliate, luckily there are some sponsors that eat the fees

Last I remember from the banks.. the banks them selfs are charged a wire fee from the government... So if ccbill charges a wire fee which is pretty damn close to what the feds charge.. I don't see the big deal with paying a wire fee. Why would ccbill have to pay your fee to send you a wire. Would it be nice of them? sure but unpractical. Its a convenience fee to get your money on time when you need it.

Remember wires are one way street, ACH is not if they put money into you via ACH they can suck it out. Wires are more secure.

Hi mike, this is mark from ccbill. We had considered offering ach, but at this point, there are no plans to implement a new system such as this in the near future. I know this is not the answer you had wanted to hear but perhaps we can consider some other options. One way to get your payments quicker other than a wire, is a fedex sent directly to your bank.
But lets talk, hit me up on icq if you like, maybe we can find a way to accommodate your needs with what we currently have 45471840

I'm in Panama. Mail takes about two weeks, and after I receive the checks I have to turn around and mail them back too my bank in the US, which takes another two weeks minimum. Fedex from here to the US is $44.00.
I'll be able to deposit the checks into a local bank in about a month, maybe two. Even with that, the checks will have a hold for about 15 days. ACH would definately make my life easier. |

Jesus, Mike at it again.. you don't want to wait on the mail, take their wire option. You don't want them to make money of off YOUR money then get your own merchant account. If none of that is an option then simply shut the fuck up already.

I guess since I get my ACH payments from a company that is an ACH company, I don't have issues with speed. And certainly no worries that they are going to take anything out of my piddly little account, lol.
