Looking for HIGH end designers and willing to pay for it

Long story short. The person i felt was the best designer in adult, fell off the face of the net in October and I've been through a roller coaster of designers ever since trying to find someone as good as he was.

I _need_ work as good as this:

Ohhh ... have to fundamentally differ with you there, bud - the real key to being a great designer is to clearly identify User Needs and Site Objectives (and to meanwhile persuade your client that this approach is in their best interests)

Oh I fully understand, i've been dealing in adult since 1996 that's not a problem. But, it's a lot easier and cuts out all the crap by just having a nice conversation, you can understand each other a lot better that way. Doing back and forth in e-mail just takes a lot of un-needed time.

if anyone is looking for galleries, tenderobject is easily one of the best in the biz. i've been nothing but happen with his galleries. I'm specifically looking for a full TGP design this time around. And will need a lot more services in the future of course (for blogs, and more).
