Does anyone know of anything anywhere that performs the function Epassporte does 'most of the time' that actually has good customer support and the ability to actually receive bank wires when they have been sent AND confirmed by the bank?

www.verifiedcharge.com is the main site, www.payagent.com is the p2p site for it though, and it will be open in the next week or so, as soon as he gets the mastercard cards ready

Neteller Very safe, publicly traded at the London stock exchange. Some sponsors use it, have no idea why it is not way more popular in this industry.

The only thing is that finding a solution for Epass is one thing, but finding people that are gonna actually use it to pay you is another.

For me, things have been great with Epassporte, no problems here *knock on wood* and I've been using them for a good year and a half now.
