Does anyone know of anything anywhere that performs the function Epassporte does 'most of the time' that actually has good customer support and the ability to actually receive bank wires when they have been sent AND confirmed by the bank?

The only thing is that finding a solution for Epass is one thing, but finding people that are gonna actually use it to pay you is another.

For me, things have been great with Epassporte, no problems here *knock on wood* and I've been using them for a good year and a half now.
