Why did GFY disable the search feature ?

Search is one of the most useful elements of GFY. Disabling it is a bad decision. The slight or even significant increase in page loading time is trivial compared to the utility of the search function.

I noticed it few minutes back. Was not using it very frequently, because it didn't work well. But now I wanted to serach for a thread...... When did it disappear ?

Just rent fucking better server! Mine site generated nearly million hits daily and server for 400 USD loads was 1%. Buy fucking new server. Enable search. Greed bastards.

It was removed cuz that's cheaper and easier than upgrading the server(s).
