not to mention, if you are 30+ and just starting off in this biz and trying to grab something to learn, you aren't going to go very far....I would venture to guess most part timers over 30 in this biz will always be part timers, there is a reason they haven't gone any further

he is advertising this on GFY, which is 90% idiots anyway, so I think the 18-22 rule is a nice touch, get em while they are young and not jaded with much of any business practices

What would make that illegal? He isn't exactly accepting applications, conducting interviews, and hiring employees. He wants one person (a partner of sorts), in this instance I believe he can discriminate as much as he pleases.
