Members, Customer Service, Contact Us. The latter 2 open in a new window and have join links under a different ccbill id.
The Members link the surfer has to try and login, but can't, and then is shuffled off to a different ccbill id.

Any issues are being addressed. There are a couple of improperly coded links that need changed. No intentional shaving.

No one threw up smoke screens or blew up - get your facts straight. Oh wait, this is GFY...

Considering those links I mentioned were brought to the attention of ATK over a year ago(privately via email), and promises were made to get them fixed back then, I have a little trouble with this.

I'm only going to say this once... so please read carefully.

The pages to which a surfer is directed to after a failed login are static html pages. Why this is? I don't know. These pages all have last edit dates of 2004 or 2005. Many are even earlier than this.

ATKCash is a solid program that has been around for a long time, but it has made it's mistakes. For example, some of it's work was done via programmers who were great programmers, but didn't understand the affiliate/sponsorship model. This meant that "traffic leaks" happened, simply because they didn't have the foresite to recognize these things.

Gunner came on board only recently, and even more recently brought me on board. We've been working very very hard at recreating the entire program from the ground up, but this means that we've really only been able to give the existing system a portion of our time and have not really gone over every nuance with a fine toothed comb. We had no idea that these pages functioned in this way ( or don't function, as the case may be ).

ATK has never knowingly tried to mislead anyone, much less "shave" as the title of this thread suggests.

You've found flaws in our system, and you know what? We thank you for that. And we are working like mad to fix these flaws. Unfortunately this thread was posted at midnight my time and I hadn't seen it until this morning.

But as you can imagine, changing systems across multiple servers for multiple sites to ensure that proper codes are passed dynamically can take time. Especially on a system created almost a decade ago.

I can't speak for everyone at ATK but I promise you that I'm doing my best to fix these problems. Soon those pages will be php pages with dynamic codes... not html with static codes.

Tell Gunner or myself about these things and you will see changes. I promise you that.

So easy to apologize after the fact... and after getting outed and making a bunch of $$$... You should issue a reimbursment to all your affiliates to show your good will. Affiliates dont want to have to find these problems. We send traffic and expect our traffic to go where they are supposed to go.

We need to setup some Affiliates Vigilante Group to out all the shavers, scammers, redirectors, cookie highjackers, etc... This has to stop!

Another option would be to use NATS or some other 3rd Party company to manage the integrity of the whole process. That way, we dont feel scamed and there is also appearance of fairness because the program owner doesnt control the affiliate/sales process.

ATK is a 100% honest program that runs on the principle of sacrificing short term profits for long term stability. Kim Nielsen is the head honcho there and he has more integrity in his little finger than whole groups of posters on GFY.

I haven't been posting much on GFY but I will always post when I see a program I have alot of respect for getting trashed like this. I can understand if you see a problem with a program, but calling them out for shaving in this manner is LAME and WRONG.

With 100% certainty, I will say that any mistakes on ATK's part were inadvertent.

The pages to which a surfer is directed to after a failed login are static html pages. Why this is? I don't know. These pages all have last edit dates of 2004 or 2005. Many are even earlier than this. ATKCash is a solid program that has been around for a long time, but it has made it's mistakes. For example, some of it's work was done via programmers who were great programmers, but didn't understand the affiliate/sponsorship model. This meant that "traffic leaks" happened, simply because they didn't have the foresite to recognize these things. Gunner came on board only recently, and even more recently brought me on board. We've been working very very hard at recreating the entire program from the ground up, but this means that we've really only been able to give the existing system a portion of our time and have not really gone over every nuance with a fine toothed comb. We had no idea that these pages functioned in this way ( or don't function, as the case may be ). ATK has never knowingly tried to mislead anyone, much less "shave" as the title of this thread suggests. You've found flaws in our system, and you know what? We thank you for that. And we are working like mad to fix these flaws. Unfortunately this thread was posted at midnight my time and I hadn't seen it until this morning. But as you can imagine, changing systems across multiple servers for multiple sites to ensure that proper codes are passed dynamically can take time. Especially on a system created almost a decade ago. I can't speak for everyone at ATK but I promise you that I'm doing my best to fix these problems. Soon those pages will be php pages with dynamic codes... not html with static codes. Tell Gunner or myself about these things and you will see changes. You should issue a reimbursment to all your affiliates to show your good will. Affiliates dont want to have to find these problems. We send traffic and expect our traffic to go where they are supposed to go. We need to setup some Affiliates Vigilante Group to out all the shavers, scammers, redirectors, cookie highjackers, etc... This has to stop! Another option would be to use NATS or some other 3rd Party company to manage the integrity of the whole process. Kim Nielsen is the head honcho there and he has more integrity in his little finger than whole groups of posters on GFY. I haven't been posting much on GFY but I will always post when I see a program I have alot of respect for getting trashed like this. I can understand if you see a problem with a program, but calling them out for shaving in this manner is LAME and WRONG. __________________

I would toss the keys to my house to Kim, with my 4 year old and 6 year old still inside, and go away for the weekend and never give it a second thought. Just my 2 cents.
