Any Epassporte Rep Please Step Inside !

Somone from epass needs to pick up a phone or answer a email .A sponsor has loaded a payment to me in epass and it still has yet to arrive in my account. He spoke to you guys yesterday and was told the problem is on your end. IF there is a problem with MY funds then maybe someone from epass should call or email me and let me know.this is a considerable abmount of money.

Using the excuse that 1 epassporte employee is on vacation and thats why nothing can get accomplished is something i just cant belive. A multi-inertnational company that deals with hundreds of online buissness and companies should not rely on one individual to make sure things run smoothley

im sorry to gfy but im going to have to bump this thread until i get some sort of resposnse from someone inside epass either by email phone or this forum

In reality they should hire another employee like Michael O to help with the adult online industry. So, for instances like this when he is on vacation there is someone else to assist webmasters.

no its not moneytree.....what i dont get is if some poeple are being told there some sort of problem why not email use and let everyone know thats what going on...instead we now have webmasters calling and emailing and messaging there sponsors..webmasters callling and emailing epass..sponsors calling and emailing epass...basically a cluster fuck of different information being put out by all parties involved ..

Its always ironic when those such as you that love to chime in on the Epassporte problem threads with comments such as "never had a problem, must be you" and "always works for me, sucks for you" finally get bit themselves. If you are still using epassporte to pay or receive your affiliate payments you are playing Russian roulette, the writing has been on the wall for months now. They are still processing gambling sites and they still have horrible fraud protection. I realize some of you have limited payment options, but DEA for god sakes, switch to check payment immediately.

What fries me is that I have funds in an ePassporte account put there by sponsors. So that part is cool. However, I pay out for domain registration, hosting and so on and the transactions are denied, but the freaking funds are deducted from the total in my account and showing it was paid out. I trust those I pay, industry leaders all, so I know it is ePassporte. I did a bit of calling around... not to ePassporte, since they will not answer the phone or reply to emails. What do I hear, and from a very good, not internet based finanicial insider? Anyone remember NetBilling, iBill or way back in the day DRM? Deja Vu sucks!

The math with my account is correct... The probem is I can't get the funds paid to those I want it to go to, though the amount is debited from my account. I can't get it back out either, ATM service does the same, denied transaction, but the amount shows as being paid out... and never, ever, can I get a reply to emails, nor does anyone answer the phone. When someone says Mikey is on holiday and that is why there is communication and operational shut down I laugh. The excuse is lame and an insult to my intelligence and anyone else not in a vegative state.

You mentioned us in your above statement and you must be mistaken as NETbilling has been going strong since the day we opened in 1998 and we are the largest payment gateway in the adult space.

Mitch... sorry it was another firm with a similar sounding name from a couple of years back. Had their account holder's funds seized by their clearing bank. I have to look up some old files for the name... sorry again... my bad.

Exactly true, for the longest time I never had any problems with epassporte and now just recently I've seen a few - so retarded.

No problem. There have been a dozen or so third party processors come and go since we have been in the industry. Sad.

Yeah, reminds me of JFK who'd always suck up to them by posting "I love my Epassporte " in every thread where people complained about epass. Then his account got robbed for over a grand, haven't seen him post that since.

Epassporte = monkeys.

Update: I Apologize To Epass ...the problem wasnt on there end...there was some miscommunication between some employees for the sponsor i was expecting funds from. Once they fuigured out there mistake they sent the money right away and it cleared to my epass immediatley. They also informed me of there mistake and didnt let the blame fall on somone else wich respect more than anything...

as far as epass...i have a buisness account and was able to get through to the buissness account reps with no problem and was informed there were no problems with my account...and there arent....on another note i did wait 45 mins on the phone to talk to somone in the regular account department to then be told by them i needed to cal the biz dept number..but again that was my mistake as its clear from there webstite wich number to call depending on what type of account you have.

i only use epass to recieve payments from sponsors ..maybe make a payment here and there to somone ...most of the time my account balance is pretty low...i never try and load funds from my bank and the only withdrawels i make are through atm..i admit it does sometimes suck to have to hit the atm everday and pull out a grand or so in cash but the pros outwieght the cons
for me.

All this being said....i was with ibill when there ship sank and i lost over 20k....was with glo-bill when they went down...they sucked ass so my losses there were alot less...as far as epass ....im still rooting for them and hope they improve in the future.if they fall hopefully my lessons from the previous siutations will limit my losses to a minimum

Score ONE for epass.

I think that puts it at something like 1 to 1,235,986
