    Hotlinked Hosted Gallery Pictures

    I wondered about this for a while now. I've seen so many guys create their own galleries for a sponsors and just hotlink the images from their hosted galleries, even though the content might not be their exclusive content. Those videos I just saw being hotlinked are for sure not given away as free content).
    Isn't this in violation of common license agreements or does it count on which domain the images are hosted?

      In theory, the domain it's hosted on is what counts, not where the links are coming from. If the sponsor allows it - then it shouldn't be a problem. Also, if it's exclusive content and the affiliate is promoting the sponsor only, it shouldn't be a problem.

      All depends on the sponsor/site and their agreements.

              lets assume its not exclusive content.
              are you sure the program has right to let you hotlink the content? they have no right to do that, do they?
