Ummm, yeah, except she was charges a few days ago, and with that many people standing around her taking pics and videos while she is driving, I would have left the scene as well.

Something has to be done to stop the endless hounding of celebs, it is getting out of hand.

I think you would have a slightly different opinion if your every move was the fodder of Perez Hilton and every other gossip site on the net. You would have a different opinion if on average your trip to the 7-11 for a slurpee was covered by 5 videographers and at leas 30 guys with cameras.

Her staying there waiting for police or the car's owner to show up would have been potentially dangerous, and certainly would have created a mob scene. Her only mistake is not going directly to the police station or calling 911 / 811 what ever to report it.
