I fail to see how the granting of bail has anything to do with how "good" the case against him is..
Its not up to the DA..its the judge that decides if they see fit to grant bail. Totally irrelevant in regard to his guilt or innocence. |

Its quite possible that the victim doesn't want to be involved..but still a long way to go in this deal..and even if he claims he doesnt want to be involved..that still is no indication that OJ isn't guilty of what he'd charged with..witnesses/victims wimp out in cases against people that DID commit crimes against them everyday..doesnt mean the accused didn't commit the crime. |
