the granting of bail has NOTHING to do with the quality of the case.
guilty people get released on bail everyday
The DA can make any recommendation he wants..doesn't mean the judge has to do what the DA recommends..many times a DA will ask for no bail..and the judge still grants it..so does that somehow mean the person is not guilty?
Its quite possible that the victim doesn't want to be involved..but still a long way to go in this deal..and even if he claims he doesnt want to be involved..that still is no indication that OJ isn't guilty of what he'd charged with..witnesses/victims wimp out in cases against people that DID commit crimes against them everyday..doesnt mean the accused didn't commit the crime.
