The DA recommended bail, that was interesting.
I don't think anyone thinks they have a good case.Comment

The judge took the recommendation from the DA, did you watch?
The defense is notorious for having key evidence thrown out. Items such as audio tapes.
The "victim" had a heart attack and I believe doesn't even want to be involved with the charges anymore.Comment

What a circus. Did you see the press conference after the trial. God there was one guy answering questions for the lawyers. Then everyone was trying to get their sign on the camera, it is a big joke!

Did you even read what I wrote?
the granting of bail has NOTHING to do with the quality of the case.
guilty people get released on bail everyday
The DA can make any recommendation he wants..doesn't mean the judge has to do what the DA recommends..many times a DA will ask for no bail..and the judge still grants it..so does that somehow mean the person is not guilty?
Its quite possible that the victim doesn't want to be involved..but still a long way to go in this deal..and even if he claims he doesnt want to be involved..that still is no indication that OJ isn't guilty of what he'd charged with..witnesses/victims wimp out in cases against people that DID commit crimes against them everyday..doesnt mean the accused didn't commit the crime.Last edited by Hotrocket; 09-19-2007, 09:24 AM.Comment

I just don't see the case as being that strong. I think the DA doesn't feel that strongly about the case. I think the charges are over-hyped right now, but we shall see.Comment
