Saw "Perfume, the story of a murderer" yesterday, (On Demand) watchable. If it weren't for Dustin Hoffman's long camio, the flick would be better. I couldn't take his role serious, but I would give it a look.

This is a little off topic, but, if you like American Psycho then I highly suggest reading the book. More killing and MUCH more graphic! I think the woman that nothing happens to in the beginning, in the book, he stuffs her vagina with cheese, forces a habit trail into her, and lets rats eat their way into her vagina. SICK and TWISTED!

Obviously, it didn't make the movie... LOL!

One of my alltime faves. It set the stage for a lot of later mindfuck type movies that blurred the line between reality and imagination/fear/etc... I think The Jacket takes a lot from Jacob's Ladder.

*The Machinist was amazing and even better was what Christian Bale actually put himself through to really get into that character. I was really worried for his long term health for getting into such a state.

*Equilibrium was ok, pretty much a combo of Brave New World, 1984 and Farenheit 451
