I use Clearcard in my cascade chain, owned by my good friends at CyberAge.. always works just fine to pick up the stragglers!

You probably should look at netbilling, it offers better then 1 click upgrades

And you get a 10-30% boost in sales, you'll make the other 2 in your cascade not really necessary.
