Do any of them waive the visa setup fee?

Clearcard does.

Look for a biller that is reputable and get references
from other programs who are using them .
Waiving the Visa setup fee should be the least of your concerns :winkwink:

You probably should look at netbilling, it offers better then 1 click upgrades :)

And you get a 10-30% boost in sales, you'll make the other 2 in your cascade not really necessary.
