Converting Lineart to Vector?

I need to convert lineart to nice smooth vector lines...I heard adobe streamline 4 does this well? Anyone used it? Anyone know of alternate products? Or a place to find a free lifetime full use trial version of streamline? For ahem trial purposes??

the only way to this right is to scan it in hi-res and to go manually node by node

if the quality is not that important, i scan in it hi-res, completely clear up the bgr and trace in corel draw

corel features some quite usable ?smoothing? tools but nothing beats manual node editing

if there?s a faster way, please let me know, i would really need to speed up this process (working on a mainstream clip-art cd ;-)
