I am talking from experience when i say if it is not on his server then you have nothing, especially because he is not in the US. If this is the case, would make for a big loophole in the law... I can hardly beleive it though...
I wonder if they think the same way for 2257, which I highly doubt though...
But as I said, I doubt they really think this way for DCMA either...
