Yes they do, they banned a crapload of anti-Scientologist sites awhile back. Paris Hilton sites and others have been pulled as well. It's kind of up to Google. Sometimes they just pull the offending pages, sometimes the entire site (if they feel the site is based on stolen content).

I don't know. I think torrents are a different way of distributing content that hasn't found a definitive way of dealing with yet.

But I've seen it happen and known people who have had pages and sites removed.

How I've read the thread, his reactions were just that "reactions"... reactions to another party. You call him a "kid" because he posted he was 19.
