Anybody who has to ask if a girl is solo quality has no business trying to put together a solo site. If you don't already know what sells then how in the hell can you expect to produce anything sell-able? Especially when you personally don't know shit about content production.

Based on what is already out there....

Scale 1 to 20...

I'd put her on a 19.2 if she stayed active in the sites promotion. As in she'd be the next Raven Riley. From zero to hero in under 4 seconds...

But at 17 or so if she did a site like Teen Topanga... Which still means she would have a very successful and sellable website.
