Can someone help me with some simple HTML? lol
Lets say i have www.mysite.com/stats open, and id like to refresh it every 1 second.
How can i do that? so i want to reload the entire URL ... im not talking about refreshing data on server side, i literally want to mimick hitting the refresh button every 1 second

im sure there is a simpler way ...
but i can open the window in a table or a frame, and refresh the frame with the same url every 1 seconds? no idea how to do that, but am i on the right track? Can someone help me out?

so lets just say, for sake of discussion ...
I am watching google stock, and only want to view it on yahoo's site ... but dont want to hit refresh constantly. Here is the link; http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=GOOG How do i reload that page, every 1 second?

then once it refreshes just once, it wont happen again because the code isnt on the yahoo site ... no?
if im thinking correctly, the code has to be in the frame code, to make the page reload the bottom frame every 1 second ... so the main page with the refresh code is not changing, just the frame with the content.
