Can someone help me with some simple HTML? lol
Lets say i have www.mysite.com/stats open, and id like to refresh it every 1 second.
How can i do that? so i want to reload the entire URL ... im not talking about refreshing data on server side, i literally want to mimick hitting the refresh button every 1 second |
im sure there is a simpler way ...
but i can open the window in a table or a frame, and refresh the frame with the same url every 1 seconds? no idea how to do that, but am i on the right track? Can someone help me out? |
and why do you want to do that ?

{meta http-equiv="refresh"
content="1"} replace { with < and } with > |
maybe I should have read more carefully haha

Code:
<HEAD>will refresh every 12 seconds |

so lets just say, for sake of discussion ...
I am watching google stock, and only want to view it on yahoo's site ... but dont want to hit refresh constantly. Here is the link; http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=GOOG How do i reload that page, every 1 second? |
Code:
<html> |
in b.html put the meta refresh tag

if im thinking correctly, the code has to be in the frame code, to make the page reload the bottom frame every 1 second ... so the main page with the refresh code is not changing, just the frame with the content. |
Figured it out, you were right.
Thanks for the help |
