There was a dude who had a H3 parked round the corner from where I used to live. One morning I was walking the dog, and someone had stuck hundreds of WWF stickers all over his Hummer. I laughed :) But not as much as when I saw him later trying to peel them off of the car!

Only douches drive hummers. At least that is my experience living in Sacramento

They look great but if you're driving them in the city it's a waste

In the US this week, General Motors threatened to sell its Hummer division in response to higher oil prices.

Announcing the closure of four factories, Rick Wagoner, GM's chief executive, said high prices were changing customers' habits extremely quickly. "We at GM don't think this is a spike or temporary shift. We believe that it is by and large permanent," he said.

When I used to promote Harley swap meets I would rent this one particular National Guard armory every six weeks or so.

Got to know the guys there pretty well and one day they had just received about a dozen hand-me-down Hummers from the Army and we took one for a test drive in the hills. A fuckin' beast! Awesome machine.

But as a suburban status symbol? Forget it. I'm old school. A Rolls and a Porsche for me. If I want to drive a tank I'll join the Marines.

I only dislike them because I think they are ugly.

I don't care if others want to waste gas or pollute the environment, that's not why I hate them. I could care less. I just don't them attractive as cars. That's all.

So what if gas is expensive? Some people have a lot of money and don't give a fuck.
I just don't like the way it looks, its too big. I prefer normal cars like coups or sedans and I like luxury cars. I don't like sporty cars because I'm not into sporty outdoors things.

I also dislike jeeps and suv's. It's just not my taste. Hate sporty cars.

I also dont think i could drive one cause im a bad driver. how do u park and maneuver something so huge?

I hate "rugged" cars or "outdoorsy cars" for people who like to go off roading or whatever.

i think anything bigger then dodge avenger must be prohibited within city limits. Toyota Prius is a way to go. Period.

even with the $4+ prices I still love driving the Hummer and the Ram, i get average of 12MPG with them and i don't care because there cars i LIKE
