Holy shit, I kept trying to load them to mass delete them but WP kept timing out at around 8,000 comments. No way was I doing them 20 at a time. Quick Google search and I came across WP Suicide and installed the plugin and deleted all the comments with 1 click. Nice plugin to have!

Umm, turn on askimet to start with. That will lower your shit levels down to something reasonable. Have it automatically shitcan all comments on everything more than a month old (most people don't go back that far) and you will be left with a very few comments to check.
