Holy shit, I kept trying to load them to mass delete them but WP kept timing out at around 8,000 comments. No way was I doing them 20 at a time. Quick Google search and I came across WP Suicide and installed the plugin and deleted all the comments with 1 click. Nice plugin to have! :thumbsup

Umm, turn on askimet to start with. That will lower your shit levels down to something reasonable. Have it automatically shitcan all comments on everything more than a month old (most people don't go back that far) and you will be left with a very few comments to check.
