What's sad is that schools put the soda machines on their campuses as a source of income. The state of education in this country is appalling.

The fact that our schools (especially our public schools) have to resort to outside sources of income is shameful.

The point is, the schools aren't making a profit. They are barely breaking even. We can spend 5 billion dollars on a stealth bomber that doesn't work while our public schools are falling apart.

Tell the Iraqis the stealth bomber doesn't work. Military funding is not the problem public schools, apathetic teachers, out-dated methods, and uninvolved parents are.

Well-funded public education and adequate salaries/benefits for teachers is/are vastly important to the future welfare of this country.

Those students are getting brain washed by coca cola and others..

Students are not even allowed the say a bad word about coca cola or pepsi or those companies will threaten to stoip funding to the school. (And it did happen before)z
