The fact that our schools (especially our public schools) have to resort to outside sources of income is shameful.

They'd still be profitting from soda machines even if they didn't have to resort to outside funds. Would they can the caf too if they didn't need outside funding?

The point is, the schools aren't making a profit. They are barely breaking even. We can spend 5 billion dollars on a stealth bomber that doesn't work while our public schools are falling apart.
