Smart post. Such a huge thing that most webmasters overlook.
I jog 4 miles 2-3 a week. It only takes 30 minutes or so. My life is important to me.

Been there done that. Every morning between 8am and 9am I go running - five days a week. I take my dog with me. We have this path that winds around a "brisk" stream. It's a great way to start your day.
