only 130lb reps,
but i do cartwheels and backflips and other excercises that use your body weight.
and about 10 inverted pushups. Where your feet are on a wall, above your head.

4000Lbs from a dead stop in the bed or 7800Lbs on the hitch. I have a 5.9 liter, 360 Dodge V-8 with the heavy duty Trans, rear kit and 3 inch hitch....all that thru glasspack mufflers, sounds like a dragster coming up the lights, the truck is a headturner!

No, I wasn't human.. I was a Freak of Nature (tm) - it was fun..

i can push, maybe 110lbs with my right arm (thanks to PLENTY of exercise during the highschool years ) whilst pushing a king size cheeseburger and ice cream sundae with the other arm.

When you've got nearly 700 lbs on your back, the proper way to spot is to hug from behind. It looks gay, but if I was to lose it (usually forward), someone needs to be there to keep me from snapping my spine..

I never got quite that strong man...but I did hit the 600s on squats on good days and 365 was my bench press max back in 96. Ah...the memories...
