No Sleep??

I can't remember the last time I had sleep, I have been infront of my computer for so long that im begining to become one with it. Im loseing track of days and when the sun rises and sets im confused to what its doing. ( riseing or seting)?? I have talk to some of my friends here and there and they ask me what are you doing?? You want to go out have some beers and I say no im going to head for bed.. But nope that dosnt happen, still up 24 hours later telling them the same thing I did earlier the day before... Do I have a problem I cant seem to stop...

If any of you have any itreasting stories to share do tell, Because this is getting weird I start to get tired and then poof right back to wide awake two seconds later..

Well, I'm a girl, and I suffer from Insomnia from time to time. So I say, MASTURBATE. It relieves stress, or you can always drink chamomile tea, or peppermint tea and take Valerian (herb). But other than that, the most effective way is to cum really hard and you'll fall right to sleep.

I agree, masturbating or a good screw releases tension and gets the heart rate up, thus helping you to sleep easy. A daily run is also a good idea.

Dude, I haven't been regular with the sleep patterns in a long time! I went to sleep at 12pm and woke up at 4:30. That's not normal!
