Does drinking Vitamin Water really make you healthier?

Does it really make you healthier and improve your longevity or chances of living a longer life? Just wondering.

It's pretty good. I'm getting addicted...

Those drinks only help in cases where you aren't getting enough vitamins.

If you ARE getting enough (i.e. through a good diet or a multivitamin) then they're a waste of time.

One thing most people don't understand: too much intake of fat soluble vitamins can be toxic.

toxicity only occurs under very very extreme circumstances. people don't need to understand it. water can be toxic.

That's a gimmick product, making money for sure though. You are better off eating healthy and drinking lots of plain water.

HA! I guess you have a point. By the time someone gets enough fat sols from that water to be toxic, they'll have had enough water for the water to be toxic.

I was just making a statement that people shouldn't just go injesting a bunch of nutritional supplements because they think "more is better". The only cases where "more is better" is money and horsepower.
