Should billing companies have the option of offering zero support on weekends?

I find this really frustrating, they take nearly my entire work day on Monday to reply to something sent after end of day Friday... I don't know about you people but I work weekends.

In today's world, even many offline businesses have to be available 24/7 or else they just can't compete.... people require 24/7 support now. 9-5 is a thing of the past, especially online.

True dat sire.

It amazes me when I come across an online company, or program with zero support on weekends. I have cut back, and do not do as much on the weekends as I did a few years back, but it is still frustrating.

Then they come in on Monday, and are backlogged from the weekend for more delays.

This weekend was the first weekend I haven't worked all year, and maybe even last year. It felt really good, and my batteries are recharged.

it seems like this is the norm as opposed to the exception.

its MUCH harder to get ahold of reps on the weekends, and I've even had a couple say "cmon man...its the weekend", when I complained about it.

If the internet doesnt shut down at 5pm on friday, keep working.
