Epassporte Isssue today

So I try to withdraw money to my bank account as always. Go through the steps like normal and then ...

FAILURE

For more information please Contact Us directly.

And of course my balance was taken away even though it failed. I have put a ticket in but I want to see if anyone else had this happen today. At least maybe people can not withdraw if there is a problem going on. My concern is that I am not going to hear about what to do or if my money is gone for quite a long time.

And no I am not going to call support and wait a few hours on the phone so they can tell me a wrong answer as they have before. I am hoping a rep posts here.

Anyways let me know if anyone has info about this thanks ...

I had that happen to me once and since the transaction failed at the ATM, although it showed on my epass acct, it was reversed in like an hour or so and I was able to take money out at a different ATM.

On this one I was trying to go from epass to my bank not an atm. But hopefully it also gets solved like your issue in an hour

A failed transaction should never match/pair, whatever they want to call it, but hopefully since you contacted epass and let them know you will not have a 30 day hold on those funds.

This company always has problems. Wait until they withdraw your funds and move them to their account for what they call security reasons and they cant seem to answer logical questions for it happening.
They did it to me and had a worthless excuise for their actions...

There have been some problems with the ACH processor today, I suggest trying again.
If a transfer failed and the money were deducted from your account please email me your UserID and it will be credited back to your account.
