Like Tony said, hit up a local butcher, no grocery store and get some filets. I'm sure they will be dope.

Personally, I'd go for some Chillian Sea Bass over steak any day. But thats just me.

Ribeye's a pretty fatty cut of meat. Why exactly are you eating high protein? A regular person needs maybe 1.2 - 1.5 grams of protein per KG of bodyweight per day. An athlete 2.2 or so. If you're not really pushing your body, you probably don't need a "high" protein diet.

He weights maybe 140 soaking wet , I dont think he has to worry about fat lol

If they could deliver steaks that looked like the ones in the pictures, it'd be worth it. But when you get them, they're all tiny. And when you cook them, they don't taste anywhere near as good as you assume they'll taste based on the succulent pictures. Better off going to a great steakhouse in your city and chowing down.

nutritionist put me on a high everything diet. said eat everything you can find thats not fried as long as i am lifting like i am. i'm on a mission to get back my 160lbs and cut, mean muscle.
