Ribeye's a pretty fatty cut of meat. Why exactly are you eating high protein? A regular person needs maybe 1.2 - 1.5 grams of protein per KG of bodyweight per day. An athlete 2.2 or so. If you're not really pushing your body, you probably don't need a "high" protein diet.
