I take 1
since I sleep with a cpap machine, I cant really sleep longer that 4 hours if I dont take one. And then I'm waking up every 15 - 20 minutes. But with an ambien I sleep good all night... about 7 or 8 hours. Trying to get used to this cpap shit so I dont have to take them anymore. Hasnt been quite a month yet though. I'm pretty sure the usual prescribed dosage is 1 pill. Why do you feel the need to take more than that?

I've never smoked in my life.
cpap is for sleep apnea. I've never heard of it used for anything else and I cant imagine what else it could be used for. Maybe you are thinking about an oxygen concentrator like emphysema patients use?
