I take 1

since I sleep with a cpap machine, I cant really sleep longer that 4 hours if I dont take one. And then I'm waking up every 15 - 20 minutes. But with an ambien I sleep good all night... about 7 or 8 hours.

Trying to get used to this cpap shit so I dont have to take them anymore. Hasnt been quite a month yet though.

I'm pretty sure the usual prescribed dosage is 1 pill. Why do you feel the need to take more than that?

do you use a cpap due to long term smoking of cags?

I've never smoked in my life.

cpap is for sleep apnea. I've never heard of it used for anything else and I cant imagine what else it could be used for.

Maybe you are thinking about an oxygen concentrator like emphysema patients use?
