since I sleep with a cpap machine, I cant really sleep longer that 4 hours if I dont take one. And then I'm waking up every 15 - 20 minutes. But with an ambien I sleep good all night... about 7 or 8 hours.
Trying to get used to this cpap shit so I dont have to take them anymore. Hasnt been quite a month yet though.
I'm pretty sure the usual prescribed dosage is 1 pill. Why do you feel the need to take more than that?
