When you open it up you've "signed" the end user licensing agreement. That's what happens when you tear open the plastic opening upon receiving a realdoll. Kind of like a manifestation in shrink wrap form of a hymen.

when the little box that pops up with the contract and you click OK on that agreement... that's is a Shrink Wrap EULA (a software license agreement aka End User License Agreement) see section under "Enforceability"

shady companies put all the text in there because no ones reads it... and they make the argument that they agreed to the contract when they clicked ok to install...

the best part is: IT DOESN'T HOLD UP IN COURT...
